Commercial and Trade Litigation
Mr. Appelman has a wide range of experience handling nearly every type of commercial and contract law case imaginable. For example, he successfully represented a national insurer in an antitrust-related injunction trial alleging a state-wide conspiracy to restrain trade in the pharmaceuticals industry. He also successfully represented a national insurer in a Federal Racketeering Act (RICO) law case involving alleged interstate bank fraud committed by its general agent and co-conspirators. He both enjoys working with clients to achieve practical solutions and, if necessary, litigating even the most complex of legal and factual disputes. |
