Mr. Appelman, whose offices are in the Hartford, Connecticut area, has twenty years of experience in the trial and litigation of law cases before the Connecticut State and Federal courts. He served for many years as law partner for one of Connecticut’s largest trial law firms, Halloran and Sage, LLP, where he had an excellent track record handling law cases involving commercial and trade litigation, products liability litigation, professional malpractice litigation, including medical malpractice and legal malpractice, insurance litigation, including insurance bad faith litigation, and life and health insurance claims under ERISA. Mr. Appelman is also available to serve as local counsel in the Connecticut State and Federal courts.
